Non-EC (Non-British) passport holders must provide proof of UK residency for Hajj or Umrah visa applications. Fly N Stay reserves the right to provide an alternative hotel if the originally agreed accommodation is unavailable. Hotel prices remain subject to availability until full payment is received.
Fly N Stay is not responsible for the quality of hotel services. Clients may contact hotel management directly regarding service quality or concerns. For check-in or check-out issues, please contact Fly N Stay immediately.
Deposits secure bookings but do not guarantee fares. To avoid price increases, full payment is recommended as early as possible. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure your booking. All prices are subject to availability.

For Umrah package cancellations prior to issuing flight tickets, hotel, or transport vouchers, a 50% administration fee per passenger will be charged, with the remaining amount refunded. After issuance, refunds are subject to airline approval. Fly N Stay will respond within 48 hours.
Passengers are advised to reconfirm flights 72 hours before departure. Tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Fly N Stay is not liable for flight delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or other circumstances.
Check tickets immediately upon receipt. Any amendments may result in additional charges payable by the client.
Baggage allowances vary by airline. Clients are advised to confirm baggage policies directly with the airline before departure.
For international flights, passengers should check in at least 3 hours before departure and 2 hours for domestic or European flights. Check-in generally closes 1 hour prior to departure.
Meal requests can be forwarded to the airline upon request; however, Fly N Stay cannot guarantee availability as this depends on the airline.
All services are subject to availability and Fly N Stay’s Terms & Conditions. Fly N Stay reserves the right to refuse service without notice. Where possible, alternative arrangements will be offered.
